Based on traditional Italian bistro cutlery, this modern interpretation is made from specially hardened stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. Trattoria cutlery has a traditional appearance inspired by European bistro dining. Spoons and forks are made using the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel. Knife blades are made from specially hardened stainless steel to provide the finest possible cutting edge. Handles are made from moulded POM plastic with stainless steel compression rivets.
