This beautifully designed set of two Lodden Flower Print Tumblers features a pattern from the collaboration between John Lewis and Liberty Fabrics. Lodden was originally designed by William Morris in 1884 and has been reworked to bring timeless style and a touch of heritage into the home. When Morris & Co. closed down in 1939/40, the printers Stead McAlpine bought the original blocks that they had at their print works. Arthur Steward Liberty came to the agreement with them that a number of Morris designs could be used for Liberty. Liberty has been associated with beautiful fabrics and patterns since it first opened, in 1875. Our collaboration features iconic prints from their archive which have been updated and re-imagined for us.
