Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise 2014, La Buxynoise
£13.99
Price Checked (4th Mar)
The Côte Chalonnaise in the southern part of the Côte d'Or is responsible for the majority of winemaking in Burgundy, where cooperatives of growers produce some of the most consistently good quality wines such as this Chardonnay, representing great value. With just 3% of the blend fermented in new oak, this is a fresh and crisp Chardonnay with a focus on golden apple and citrus flavours, with very subtle texture and toastiness. The perfect white wine to accompany cod or other white fish cooked 'au gratin'.
