The Belluguette vineyard produces this unique blend of classic white Rhône varieties, which has spent 4 months in French and American oak barrels. The label features Vinus the heron, a celebrated visitor to the Paul Mas 'Grand Cru' vineyards. The creamy palate reveals complex flavours of ripe mango, pineapple and vanilla with notes of brioche and toast lingering on the finish. Great as apéritif, this wine can also be enjoyed with white meats, fish and salads. Drink now or cellar for 5 to 8 years.
