The vineyard comprises 62% Cabernet Sauvignon and 38% Merlot vines. Some of d’Issan’s vines are over 60 years old, while the majority are in their prime at around 35.nD’Issan’s wines are vinified in 37 temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, ranging in size from 73 to 148 hectolitres, giving the winemakers very precise control over each parcel of grapes.
