Formerly known as The Multi Cooker™, the R isotto Plus™ from Sage by Heston Blumenthal is the ideal kitchen companion. With its advanced features and functions, this multi cooker makes tender slow cooked meals, stir-free risotto and fluffy rice all in the same bowl. Risotto usually requires precise temperature, controlled liquid absorption, and lots of stirring. The pre-programmed Risotto function controls temperature to absorb flavour, lightly agitates while simmering, and turns itself off once ready. Delicious results with minimum effort. A sauté/sear function is also on hand to caramelise all of your fresh ingredients, whether its onion, herbs or meat all will be cooked perfectly at the touch of a button. A handy steam tray is designed to sit under the lid of the rice cooker. Simply add water to steam fish and vegetables for further cooking flexibility. After using the rice and slow cook settings the Multi Cooker™ will automatically switch to keep warm for up to 5 hours and then switch off. After the risotto setting, it will be up to 30 minutes and then switch off. The lid is made from tempered glass so you are able to view the progress of cooking at all times. A non-stick interior makes cleaning a breeze.
