Set in 2559, Halo Wars 2 is set 28 years after the first instalment, Halo Wars, and briefly after the events of Halo 5: Guardians. A real-time strategy game which has you leading Spartans, Warthogs and other classic Halo fighting forces in a bloody battle against a terrifying new enemy - The Banished. It opens with the UNSC ship and its crew from the previous instalment waking up from a cryosleep to discover they have to take on a more powerful opponents led by a giant Brute called Atriox.
