Handheld zoom The 70-200 mm Lens is compatible with the Nikon F mount, offering 35 mm coverage on full-frame bodies, while the fast f/2.8 aperture remains constant throughout the entire zoom range. Camera shake is significantly reduced thanks to optical stabilisation (OS) technology which lets you shoot at shutter speeds approximately four stops slower than otherwise possible, ideal when shooting portraits and sports handheld. Quality construction Delivering excellent optical performance, the 70-200 mm Lens features two “F” Low Dispersion (FLD) glass elements, which perform equally to fluorite glass, and three Special Low Dispersion (SLD) glass elements which provide excellent correction of colour aberration. Ghosting and flare is kept at a minimum thanks to a Super Multi-Layer Coating which helps ensure high contrast, detailed images.
