Extra-Compact The FDR-AX33 is extra compact and portable so it's easy to carry around with you, but it has an extensive manual control which is intuitive and simple to use so you can customise settings according to the shooting conditions. Blur-Free Movies Balanced Optical SteadyShot controls the optical path from lens to sensor as one floating unit to effectively reduce camera shake and blur so that your recording is incredibly stable and your movies remain clear and smooth. Balanced Optical SteadyShot makes this Handycam up to 13x more effective at reducing camera shake than a camera using standard Optical Steadyshot. Outstanding Image Quality Sony uses 4K technology to take your images up to a professional quality. The XAVC S format enables extended 4K high-bitrate recording of up to 100Mbps through clever digital compression, so you can capture movement without details in the shot becoming blurred or blocky. The Handycam combines a 29.8mm ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T* lens, Exmor R CMOS sensor to absorb ample light even in low-light situations, and BIONZ X image processing engine to quickly transform data from the sensor into quality videos and photos. Shoot, Edit and Share Use Multi Camera Control to shoot from multiple angles by setting up and wirelessly connecting up to five cameras, using this camera as a control unit. You can then manage and edit all the footage using PlayMemories home software. This is a great way to shoot from multiple perspectives. Special Features The camera includes features such as the Highlight Movie Maker which lets you share movies with transition effects and background music. Using USTREAM, you can live stream your footage so it can be watched online as it's being filmed.
