This fine spirit is made with full pedigree, gluten-free potatoes that are grown, mashed, fermented and distilled at the Chase family farm in Herefordshire. It is then distilled three times through a bespoke copper pot still, twice through a 70ft rectification column with 42 bubble plates and finally cold chill filtered and bottled by hand. The result is a smooth, velvety spirit with the taste of buttery mashed potato to make it a pure delight.
