Masons Yorkshire Gin

Masons Lavender Edition Gin is a tipple of choice which can be enjoyed as a simple gin and tonic, or one of the many gin cocktails. This 70cl bottle has been individually hand numbered and signed off. Tasting notes Dry lavender notes upon the nose, creating a rather soft and subtle experience, followed by a slight fennel aroma. Soft texture once onto the palate, with a fresh candied lavender sweet flavour dominating. Rather subtle across the senses, with anise creeping in on the dry finish. Made using Yorkshire Lavender from the Wolds, and adding it to the distillation.
