Pertzborn

Pertzborn are a family run company, who have been making gingerbread since 1884. They originally ran the village bakery until one customer asked for a gingerbread construction in the shape of a chalet, and hence the gingerbread house was created. From this, the company was born and they have developed a number of other delicious gingerbread products, which are still decorated by hand today. This iced gingerbread is decorated with multi coloured hundreds and thousands.
