Sari Cakes are made with only the highest quality ingredients to ensure the cakes will taste as good as they look. This dark rich fruit cake is packed full of delicious vine fruits and ground hazelnuts with added hints of spice and cinammon. The moist fruit cake is covered with layers of golden almond marzipan and sweet sugarpaste icing. Each Sari Cake requires a highly skilled and labour intensive process to decorate. These stunning Sari Cakes are airbrushed with pearlescent food paint and individually hand decorated with intricate royal icing. Serves 1-4 persons.
