The Janome FM725 embellisher machine is suitable for those with intermediate skills and can tackle a wide range of fabrics including stretch and denim. Unique features: The FM725 is the first machine that allows you to do needle punch felting and doesn't require thread or a bobbin. Instead of one needle, it has five needles joined to a single unit so they move up and down together. Each needle has tiny barbs on the side and as the needles pierce the top layer of the material they catch the individual fibres and push them down in to the bottom layer. There's even a free-arm facility. Accessories included: This machine is a supplied with an accessory kit that includes a spare five needle unit, a single needle unit for finer work, a single hole needle plate for heavier fabrics, a lint brush, screwdriver and hexagonal wrench. Hints & Tips: To produce the best results from your sewing machine please be aware that the needle should be replaced after approximately 8 hours of continuous use.
