The springs move independently to offer support for your little one where needed. With the John Lewis Pocket Spring mattresses we include an extra Innercare cover. The inner cover makes removing and replacing the outer cover quick and simple and can be used when the outer cover is in the wash. So in the middle of the night when you and your baby want to get back to sleep after a night time accident, the inner cover provides a suitable waterproof surface if the outer cover has had to be removed. This dent-resistant orthopaedic foam ensures the mattress stays more comfortable for longer. This extends the life of the mattress and gives you more value for money over time. Better comfort means a better night's sleep for your baby. This mattress has a three dimensional fabric on one side which promotes air circulation and assists breathability. It also draws fluid away from baby's body for comfort and safety.
