Simon is an updated Liberty Print archive design, originally created as a square scarf repeat. The artwork has a wonderful feeling of parquet flooring with subtle line detail work within its squares. The design represents the remarkable parquet found in historic doll and cabinet houses and was inspired by conversations with both Jet Pijzel-Dommisse and also Alice Sage, curator of the 'Small Stories' exhibition at The V&A Museum of Childhood.
