There really is only one mineral water with volcanicity. It comes from an area the Romans called the Volcanic Vicus, village of volcanoes. (Or Massif Central in France to you and me.) It filters through 6 layers of porous rock and lava. Each layer is the result of a volcano erupting. So by the time the water hits the impermeable granite bed at the bottom, its picked up its volcanic spark. It would be hard not to after all that unique volcanic filtration.
