They are left to ferment for one week and are then sun-dried for another week. They are then cleaned, sorted and shelled to leave just the cacao nibs. The nibs are ground into a paste which is then pressed to remove cacao butter leaving cacao powder. This organic cacao powder is abundant in flavanols, calcium & magnesium to support a healthy heart, muscles & bones. Free from dairy, sugar and any additives, use in all recipes as you would conventional cocoa.
