It has two generous cooking areas for both gas and charcoal, plus a warming rack system built onto the separately operated twin hoods. A thermometer heat gauge is also integrated into each of the easy lifting hoods, so that you can cook with the lids closed allowing you to cook using convection heat on your grill for moist poultry, fish and meats. The design includes slide out drip trays for easier clean up when you have completed your cooking. All Outback gas barbecues from Robert Dyas come complete with a gas regulator and hose. This will save you time and money sourcing this essential component. The included gas regulator (connector) is a 27mm butane snap fit regulator. These are very simple to use, and work perfectlty with Calor Leisure Patio Gas bottles. Simply press the regulator on the bottle connector until it 'clicks', and then turn the black leave to the 'on' position to start grilling. When finished, turn the gas to the 'off' position, or one further 1/4 turn to disconnect the bottle.
