Here, Achille Castiglioni's original iconic Parentesi lamp has been updated for Flos by designer Konstantin Grcic. The OK lamp comprises a flat LED disc that slides up and down a steel cable and rotates 360 degrees, using edge-lighting technology and a soft-touch optical switch to create the optimum lighting situation for your home. The clever design technology means that the small rectangular box, which houses the electronic components, can be slid up and down over the metal wire of the lamp - this is because the cone base acts as a counter weight. Please note: To create a more innovative look, this light has been designed to incorporate the LED within it. The integrated LED is not replaceable but has a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours. LEDs use around 85% less energy than incandescent bulbs and will last up to 20,000 hours.
