Elena loves literature and her work refers to narratives, poems, dreams and imaginations. Her style is exploratory, imaginative and playful, combining abstract shapes and colourful patterns with figurative elements. She likes watercolour and ink because of their beautiful luminosity. Elena is a self-taught artist who studied architecture in Barcelona - a fact which has influenced her style very much. She started her career as an artist after having children and reconnecting with the wonderful world of childhood.
