The sight of herds of Zebras is one only too familiar to lovers of nature programmes. Only in nature could such superb marking be created to provide camouflage for this most flighty of animals. The wonderful markings provided great inspiration for the designers at De Rosa and this superb piece is the result. Every De Rosa sculpture is hand carved from a solid ceramic body before being fired and then hand painted and then fired again. The final touch is the addition of gold detailing, applied by hand and then once again fired.
