Inspired by the pared-back Scandinavian look, this blades mobile fits into the Scandi style. Showcasing a cool, calm look as practical as it is beautiful. Simple shapes and natural materials evoke a feel that is both uncluttered and comfortable. This contemporary mobile is designed with multicoloured paper discs to look like UFOs floating in the air. It was first introduced in 1956 and exhibited at World Expo New York in 1964. Livingly is a Danish design company run by entrepreneur Kent Sejdelin and his wife Louise Helmersen, graphic designer and architect. Livingly products are produced locally in Denmark by 40 skilled home-workers who assemble, glue, sew and pack the products. The paper and wood originate from selected European manufacturers using sustainable forestry.
