Microplane's Garlic Cutter quickly grates several cloves of garlic at once into tiny bits retaining all their natural oils - key to optimum flavour. It features a large capacity chamber to accommodate 2 to 3 cloves of peeled garlic. It includes an on board scraper to remove garlic from the blade and a plastic catch feature.
