This replacement filter cartridge is made from ceramic which offers its small, complex pore structure to deliver clean fresh tasting drinking water. This works alongside an internal carbon block and additional filter media to remove dirt; sediment; bacteria; chlorine; and dissolved lead. The filtration system also includes a slow-release scale inhibitor to reduce scale build-up and improve efficiency. This model features a screw-in mount with two O-rings for easy installation.
