The 28cm Wok pan from the Expertise range by Tefal features their unique thermospot technology as well as their newest non-stick coating, Titanium Excellence. The thermospot lets you know when the pan has reached the optimum temperature to start your cooking and the non-stick coating is metal utensil safe (except knives and whisks) and promises a durable non-stick cooking performance. The handle on the range is oven safe up to 175°C for a maximum time of 1 hour, which allows you to start your cooking on the hob and then finish it off in the oven. It is also dishwasher safe for your added convenience.
