This functional and minimalist rolling pin is idea for use on fondant, sugar paste or marzipan. It is made of non-stick ABS plastic. Directions for use: 1. Roll out the icing. Dust the pin with a little icing sugar if it begins to stick. Keep rolling until it is large enough to cover the cake. 2. Fold the icing over the pin, lift it up and unroll the icing completely. 3. Smooth the icing into position with your hands, easing it round as you go. 4. Trim any excessive icing from the bottom of the cake with a sharp knife. Dishwasher safe.
