Global Ni Knives feature oriental styling and are manufactured from the finest high carbon stainless steel, CROMOVA 18. They are designed exclusively for Global knives, and remain razor sharp longer than any other steel and resist rust, stains and corrosion. The Global Ni knives have a thicker 2.4mm blade, with a razor sharp finish, sleek design and are lightweight and perfectly balanced. The knives have a longer 'chesnut' shaped handle, designed for comfort and ease of use. The utility knife is a small all purpose knife used for slicing fine meats and soft vegetables.
