This mini lidded dish from the John Lewis Croft Collection is an attractive way to cook and serve individual portions of casseroles or vegetables. Bring it straight to the table, place on a trivet and its on-trend copper exterior will make a feature of your dining scene. Carefully designed, it features a tri-ply construction with an outer layer of solid copper and an inner layer of stainless steel for durability. Stainless steel riveting ensures the handles are firmly attached and yet stay as cool as possible. Copper provides incredible conductivity to spread heat evenly and it also has an antibacterial effect. Please note: over time copper may darken due to the natural oxidisation process. Use a copper cleaner to polish the outside of the pan to remove tarnish and blemishes and keep its striking hue and lustre. Croft Collection is beautiful and considered.
