Case includes: Product information: Elsa Bianchi Torrontes, Vintage:2015, A gorgeous golden-hued dry white with complex aromas of exotic fruits and spring flowers. In the mouth it is crisp and zesty, with notes of pink grapefruit, orange blossom and crunchy red apple layered through to the finish., About this bottle:The Bianchi estate was founded in 1928 by Italian-born immigrant Valentin Bianchi in San Rafael, an area about 240 kilometres south of Mendoza city. San Rafael is cooler than Mendoza’s major vineyard areas of Luján de Cuyo and Agrelo due to its more southerly aspect, giving the estate the opportunity to ripen their grapes slowly through the growing season, helping to produce wonderfully crisp and aromatic white wines. Today it is the fourth generation of Bianchis who oversee viticulture and winemaking at Casa Bianchi, who opt to ferment the Torrontes at a very cool temperature for as long as possible to bring out the delicate character of the fruit., Grape Variety: 100% Torrontes, Country of origin:Argentina, Region:Mendoza, More information: Bottle size:750 ml, Alcohol content:13 %, Alcohol units per bottle:9.8, Alcohol units per serving:1.6, Serving Size:125 ml, Allergens:Sulphites, Stopper type:Screw Cap, Consume Within:12 months of purchase, Bottling address: Nueva Mayorga S/N, Coquimbito, Maipu, Mendoza
