Oyster Bay, one of the most acclaimed wineries here, uses a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels to achieve the alluring balance of this Chardonnay. Pure, incisive ripe fruit flavours. Concentrated aromas of ripe citrus and stone fruit are married with subtle oak and a creamy texture to finish. Great with richly flavoured fish and grilled vegetables.
