The grapes were sourced from Nigel Howard's Watchcombe and Southcott vineyards in East Devon and Justin Langham's Crawthorne Vineyard in Dorset. All the grapes were harvested by hand and a portion of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for several months prior to undergoing secondary fermentation.
