Central to the entire cooker, two large oven cavities allow you to prepare multiple dishes at once. Both hosting 69 litres of space, the main oven offers multiple cooking functions that allow you to do everything from defrosting a chicken to crisping up the base of a pizza. The second oven is fan heated and because this keeps the entire cavity evenly heated throughout, it makes it ideal for jobs such as batch baking. A separate cavity lets you take advantage of the dual circuit variable grill and thanks to smooth action telescopic runners, you can easily glide the food out during preparation to safely and conveniently check up on it. Enjoy induction The hob is designed with five induction zones which are almost twice as efficient as regular gas hobs. Fast, safe and incredibly responsive, the beauty of induction heating is that it can give you access to almost instant heat whenever you need it. Making use of electromagnetic energy to heat the pan and not the hob itself, induction hobs leave very little residual heat which makes them considerably safer than conventional electric hobs. Clever cleaning Another advantage of induction cooking is that due to lack of heat on the hob itself, it is very difficult to burn anything onto the cooking surface. When you're done cooking for the day, it's a case of simply wiping down the hob area with a damp cloth and you're left with a clean surface - ready to go again whenever you are.
