The Jura Cool Control Basic 0.6L creates keeps milk fresh at 4°C prior to heating and frothing. When the milk is chilled at the correct temperature it's easier to create silky, airy milk foam and hot milk for speciality coffees. This useful accessory cools the milk to as much as 25°C below the ambient temperature. Once the temperature reaches 4°C, it maintains a constant milk temperature, which prevents freezing and saves energy.
