Bringing together luxury and performance, Omega has consistently redefined state-of-the art mechanical watchmaking since 1884 - paving the way for precision timepieces that are captivating, inspiring, and beautifully engineered. Omega have been witness to some of mankind’s most historic moments: from having supplied NASA with the Speedmaster Professional which went on to become the first watch worn on the moon during the Apollo space missions, to being the official timekeeper to the Olympic games, witnessing some of sport’s greatest achievements. The OMEGA Speedmaster is one of OMEGA's most iconic timepieces, perfectly representing the brand's pioneering spirit. For this model, the dial has been created in matt grey, with a white minute track, as well as transferred white hour-markers coated in Super-LumiNova, the same technology used on the white-black hour-minute hands, and white central second hand. Most strikingly, the 42.40 mm case and polished-brushed bracelet have both been made from stainless steel and 18K Sedna gold. This exclusive rose gold alloy has also been used on the tachymeter scale, inner ring, crown and pushers, and 3 sub dial rings. There is a small seconds recorder at 9 o'clock, a date window and 12-hour recorder at 6 o'clock, and a 30-minute recorder at 3 o'clock. On the inside, this model is driven by the OMEGA Co-Axial calibre 3330.
