A masterpiece of watch engineering, this handsome Zenith El Primero Chronomaster 1969 automatic chronograph combines the world's most precise high-frequency series made calibre with the iconic colours of the legendary historic 1969 model. Embodying the Zenith spirit of daring, authenticity and pleasure, the unique El Primero movement has evolved to shatter the limits of precision. Fastened with a luxurious black alligator leather strap with protective rubber lining and steel triple folding clasp, the 42mm stainless steel case continues its sleek lines and features a narrow polished bezel which accentuates the wide-open dial. Beneath the domed sapphire glass with anti-reflection treatment on both sides, the silver toned sunray dial is given a distinctive touch of style with two colour sub-dials, and a wonderful open aperture which reveals the legendary beating heart of the El Primero movement. The faceted rhodium plated hands and markers are coated with SuperLuminova for excellent visibility, whilst the chronograph functions can be measured with the 30-minute counter at 3, 12-hour counter at 6 and the central chronograph hand. A transparent caseback shows the El Primero automatic movement in action and the watch is water resistant to 100m.
