This is our wonderful service to keep your jewellery in great condition and also for those little adjustments; maybe shorter or longer. Note if increasing the length, we may need to add a small charge for additional pearls or stones. If your necklace had unfortunately broken, take care to recover the loose pearls or stones to ensure the necklace can be returned to the original length. The service typically takes 5 working days to complete.
