The Recaro Privia Car Seat Group 0+ is suitable from birth to 13kg, approximately 15 months. It comes with unique styling and features including the Hero head protection optimisation system. Hero is a one piece concept for the head support and shoulder pads so there can be no more slipping or twisting of the belts or shoulder pads, and it has 5 height adjustable positions. The shoulder supports, shoulder belts and headrest form a single unit, ensuring the highest possible levels of safety and comfort for neck, head and shoulders. At 3.7kg, Privia is one of the lightest car seats its class. As with all Recaro seats, Privia has full side impact protection in the head, side and hip areas. It also offers a deep comfortable position for baby with Recaro seating foam as used in the automotive industry. The ergonomic handle allows you to comfortably carry the car seat where ever you need. There's a removable insert cushion to help support newborns on their travels. The belt can be easily adjusted with one hand movement and there are intuitive control elements for safe handling. The sun canopy helps to shade baby from bright light. For additional comfort, there is the practical rocking function and the Privia handle can be adjusted to provide a stable position. Privia is compatible with the Recarofix base and can also be installed with the vehicle seat belt if necessary. One handle on the back of the seat ensures easy release of the shell from the RECARO fix base (recommended accessory). Compatible with Bugaboo, Privia and iCandy pushchairs and other brands using adaptors. This car seat adheres to ECE R44.04 safety regulations. Privia has been approved for use on aeroplanes.
