This atmospheric scene captures a view of Westminster in the early evening. In the rain, the pavements and roadways look almost mirror like, and they echo the colours and lights around them. But the rain is almost over, as in the distance the clouds are clearing to reveal a wonderful sunset. A London bus, black cab and classic Mini make their way along the surprisingly quiet road. Our attention falls to the man in the grey coat, who stands in the foreground. He seems deep in thought, perhaps reflecting on the day he's spent in our capital city.
