Police officers are more than keepers of law, order and public safety you know, they are also Father Christmas' everyday plain clothed foot soldiers. Sure they wear a uniform but we bet you didn't notice that some of them are actually elves in disguise? That's obviously why they wear those police hats (they've got to conceal the ears you see). Police Officer Bear is looking to go undercover in the homes of boys and girls up and down the country but off-duty games and night time snuggles are mandatory.
